About Nija Hope

I’m Nija Hope, a former strategy consultant, neuroscience researcher, and lecturer at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. I’m also a certified Emotional Intelligence assessor, mindfulness practitioner, and hold both an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Systems. With coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation, I specialize in helping leaders and individuals find joy in their work and achieve financial independence.

My coaching methodology follows the FLOW model, which integrates Financial Literacy and Emotional Intelligence, Life Balance using the PERMAH wellbeing framework, and cultivating an optimal mindset by reshaping your Money Story. I believe in wealth building through mindful strategies, where finances align with health, relationships, and values to create a fulfilling, balanced life.

My own coaching journey began from personal experience. After a divorce exposed my financial dependence, I rebuilt my independence by transforming my Money Story using mindfulness and emotional intelligence. Now, I guide others on the path to financial freedom, teaching them to manage their investments and create a life that reflects their deepest values. Wealth, to me, isn’t just about money—it’s about living authentically, with balance and purpose.
