About Nija Hope

I’m Nija Hope, a former strategy consultant, neuroscience researcher, and lecturer at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management. I’m also a certified Emotional Intelligence assessor, mindfulness practitioner, and hold both an MBA and a Master of Science in Information Systems. With coaching credentials from the International Coaching Federation, I specialize in helping leaders and individuals find joy in their work and achieve financial independence.
